What are the hours of operation?

We are open DECEMBER 15TH & 16TH from 6:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.

NighTerrorz may stay open later to accommodate patrons on busy nights but the box office will not close earlier than the posted times.

What time does the line start forming?
Early in the season, arriving at opening time is fine. As the season gets closer to Halloween the crowds get larger earlier.

How long is the wait in line?
Line wait is impossible to calculate. Lines sometimes are immediate access or up to 2-3 hours. The second night (December 16th) the lines could get much longer.

How long does it take to go through the haunted house?
To answer this question we’d have to know if you freeze when you’re frightened or do you run?  You go through at your own pace so the length of experience varies from group to group. To go through all four areas takes an average of 40 to 50 minutes.

If I get there 5 minutes before closing and I bought a ticket, will NighTerrorz close before I get the chance to go through the haunt?
The haunt is kept running until the last patron has exited. We stop selling tickets but the shows keep running until the lines are gone. If you are in line when the ticket booth closes, you are guaranteed to get in!

Can I make a reservation?
No, NighTerrorz is first come, first served.

Does NighTerrorz accept credit cards?
Yes, our ticket booth accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Can I buy ticket in advance?
Currently no, but we are working on an online ticket purchasing option. 

Is there a way to avoid waiting in line?
We offer Fast Pass which will bypass General Admission.

NOTE: It is very difficult to predict if Fast Pass ticket will be necessary. Weather can greatly affect our lines. Purchase this ticket with some caution. No refunds are given on Fast Passes or General Admission. 

What sized groups can go in?
NighTerrorz haunted house is designed for groups of 6 or less to view. Larger groups will not be allowed together. If your group is larger than 6 people, it will be split and admitted in multiple groups. Larger than 6 people in a group may ruin the experience for your group. Catching up with the group in front of you should be avoided at all costs. Groups with less than 6 people may make the attraction more intense.

Are the monsters allowed to touch you?
The actors of NighTerrorz will never intentionally touch you. Because of the closeness of their working conditions and your unknown reaction, incidental contact could occur. Some of the effects make come in contact with you.

Are there any age restrictions?
NighTerrorz is recommended for adults and teens but younger kids may come if parents choose to bring them. Minimum suggested age is 13 years old. Carrying children through is NOT recommended. Everyone entering any attraction must have a ticket. There are no refunds for anyone that decides not to finish the haunt. There are many emergency exits throughout each area in case anyone gets too scared to continue.

Are there any special pricing for children?
Unfortunately not. We do not recommend our attraction for young children, therefore we do not discount tickets for kids. Anyone coming inside must have a ticket to enter. 

Is NighTerrorz wheelchair accessible?
No.

Is there a lot of smoke in the haunted house?
We do use fog machines at NighTerrorz. Should you find the fog too intense there are emergency exits throughout the attraction.

Are there strobe lights?
Yes, strobe lights are used occasionally.

Can I go in if I’m pregnant?
NighTerrorz Haunted House is not recommended for visitors who are pregnant, have heart conditions or are in general poor health.

Is it dark?
There are many dark areas in all the NighTerrorz Haunted House

Is it a maze? Can I get lost?
Some of the NighTerrorz buildings are a maze. (But they are amazing!) Many of the areas are designed to confuse you but the staff will be happy to assist you find your way out if necessary.

Are your attractions open if it rains?
Yes! All of NighTerrorz Haunted House are 100% covered. The area for the box office and the line to enter the facility are outside & uncovered but on rainy nights we will try to have coverings over these areas.  You will have to walk from the box office to the building entrance without protection from the rain.

Once we use our ticket can we go through again with the same ticket?
No, a new ticket is required for each visit.

Can we be thrown out of the facility for any reason?
Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar language, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for your own safety.

Violation of these rules will usually bring a warning. Second infractions will usually be asked to leave without a refund.

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
No! they are not allowed on the property so please do not bring any.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking and vaping is allowed only outside the building. Smoking and vaping are NOT allowed indoors.

Can we take flash photos of your haunted house?
Photography of any sort is not allowed in any of the haunt. Haunted attractions are dark and people’s eyes (especially our actors) adjust to the low light. When you flash your camera or phone, you’re not only ruining other customers' experience but you are hurting the actor’s eyes. Also the fog used inside the attraction ruins flash photography.

Although no photography or videotaping is allowed inside, the monsters working outside will quite often pose for pictures.

What can’t we bring with us inside your haunted house?
No pets. No weapons. No alcoholic beverages. No cameras. No smoking. No vaping. No laser pointers or flashlights. No food or beverages.

Can we win free tickets?
